Cermaq ASA: Extraordinary General Meeting, voting - authorisation to sell business area

An extraordinary General Meeting in Cermaq ASA was held today.

The General Meeting granted with more than a 2/3 majority the Board of Directors the authorisation to sell all or parts of the company's fish feed business EWOS also in situations covered by the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 6-17 (1), cf- § 6-17 (2). The authorisation includes the determination of the terms and structure of any potential transaction. The authorisation is valid until December 31 2013.
