CD&L, Inc. Announces Delay in Filing Form 10-K
SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J., April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CD&L, Inc.
(AMEX:CDV) announced today that it has applied to extend the filing of its
Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission until
April 15, 2005. The delay in filing is principally attributable to the
Company's efforts to finalize certain tax related provisions for the 2004
fiscal year.
