FRANKLIN PARK, Ill., April 28  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- A. M. Castle & Co. (AMEX:CAS), one of North America's leading metals and plastics distributors, today announced that it will release first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2006 on Friday, May 5, 2006.

Management will hold a conference call at 11:00 a.m. ET that day to review the Company's results for the three month period ended March 31, 2006.
