Enesco announces that the formal offer document containing the recommended cash
offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Bilston, being
made on its behalf by RSM Robson Rhodes, has been posted to Bilston Shareholders
today.


Acceptances must be received no later than 3.00pm on 8 April 2003.
