                          Cancellation of AIM Listing



Further to the announcement made on 8 April 2003 by Enesco Holdings Limited
declaring its recommended cash Offer for the entire issued and to be issued
share capital of Bilston wholly unconditional, Bilston has today applied to the
London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission to trading of
Bilston Shares on AIM.  Accordingly, trading in Bilston shares on AIM will cease
at the close of business on 18 June 2003, after which time there will be no
regular market for Bilston Shares.



Bilston Shareholders who are in any doubt as to any action they should take are
recommended to consult immediately their stockbroker, bank manager, solicitor,
accountant or other professional adviser duly authorized under the Financial
Services and Markets Act 2000.



Unless the context otherwise requires, defined terms used in this announcement
shall have the meanings given to them in the Offer Document dated 18 March 2003.
