Bluerock Residential Growth REIT (BRG) Announces August and September 2017 Common Stock Dividends

NEW YORK, Aug. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bluerock Residential Growth REIT, Inc. (NYSE MKT: BRG) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized and the Company has declared monthly cash dividends on the Company's Class A common stock (the "Class A Common Stock") for August and September 2017, equal to a quarterly rate of $0.29 per share (the "Class A Common Dividends").

The Class A Common Dividends will be payable in cash as follows: $0.096667 per share to be paid on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 to Class A Common stockholders of record as of Friday, August 25, 2017; and $0.096667 per share to be paid on Thursday, October 5, 2017 to Class A Common stockholders of record as of Monday, September 25, 2017.
