ADDITIONAL LISTING


Pursuant to the exercise of options, application has been made to the London
Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for 11,309 new ordinary shares of
10p each in Business Post Group plc ("New Shares") to trade on the London Stock
Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that dealings
in the New Shares will commence on 29 July 2003. Upon admission the New Shares
shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
