B+H Ocean Carriers Ltd. (NYSE AMEX: BHO) announced today that it had filed its Form 20-F with the SEC for the twelve month period ended December 31, 2010.

The Company stated that its earnings for the period were $7.1 million and that it had obtained extensions of the maturities of two credit facilities from December 15, 2011 to February 15, 2012.
