NEW YORK, Jan. 25  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's 8% SPARQS linked to Best Buy, Incorporated.

Priced at $12.11 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,362,511 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol BEY and has a maturation date of February 20, 2007.
