     Blavod Extreme Spirits Further Expands Deal with Italy's Moretti Group
                Distribution Deal Will Include Contadi Castaldi

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - May 06, 2005 - Blavod Extreme Spirits (LSE:BES) announces
today that it has been granted distribution rights for the United States and the
United Kingdom for the Moretti family's Contadi Castaldi winery in Northern
Italy. The deal extends the existing agreement between BES and the Moretti
family. BES currently distributes wine from the family's Petra wineries in the
US and the UK.

Vittorio Moretti, president and founder of Terra Moretti, said: "We are
developing an excellent partnership with BES. They have already proven that they
can deliver a winning formula with our Petra wineries. We are delighted to
extend this successful relationship with them to include our Contadi Castaldi
wines. We look forward to working more closely together."

One of the Franciacorta region's producers, Contadi Castaldi was conceived by
Vittorio Moretti in 1991 who turned it into a state-of-the-art winery. The
150-acre winery received critical acclaim from Italy's most respected wine
authority, Gambero Rosso, giving Contadi its highest award for quality and
price. The Contadi sparkling wine is produced with a "Methedo Classico," that
uses the secondary fermentation in the bottle with the use of Chardonnay, Pinot
Bianco, and Pinot Noir grapes. The wines are aged for a minimum of 36 months in
the bottle.
