       Blavod Extreme Spirits Signs Wine Distribution Deal with Renowned
                                 Moretti Family

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - March 24, 2005 - Blavod Extreme Spirits has signed a
distribution deal with the Moretti family to distribute wines from its Petra
wineries in Tuscany. The Moretti family is already renowned for the Contadi
Castaldi and Bellavista wineries in the Franciacorta region of Italy, best known
for sparkling wines.

Petra, a joint venture between Vittorio Moretti and his daughter Francesca,
produces four wines: EBO Val di Cornia DocSuvereto, Quercegobbe Merlot IGT
Toscana, Zingari IGT Toscana, and Petra IGT Toscana. Located in Suvereto, inside
the Tuscany Maremma area, the 300-acre estate is also known for its unique
architectural design. The estate was designed by Swiss architect Mario Botta who
won an award of excellence for his design of the San Francisco Museum of Modern
Art.

"Petra is truly a special project for my family," said Francesca Moretti.
"Petra, like "pietra" (stone) in Latin, represents a cornerstone for our family.
Petra is a special place that we have traced back to ancient Greek civilization
to find the "genius loci" or the spirit of the place. From that research, have
come spirited wines along with premium virgin olive oil."
