Acquisitions in Mansfield and Alfreton
Brandon Hire PLC ("Brandon Hire") is pleased to announce the acquisition from
Cox Plant Ltd of the business and certain assets of two tool hire depots in
Mansfield and Alfreton for #450,000 cash consideration.
Both depots are well-established and successful. The assets, business and
employees of Brandon Hire's existing instore in the Mansfield branch of Magnet
Ltd will be transferred to the new depot.
Commenting on the acquisition Charles Skinner, Chief Executive, said: "We are
pleased to have found a very successful business with which to expand our
interests in the area. This acquisition will provide a very strong base in
Mansfield, and establish a Brandon Hire presence in Derbyshire."
