The Company announces that Tom Dengenis (Chief Executive of the Company),
purchased 450,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at 5.5 pence per share
through a personal pension plan on 21 November 2003.



After this transaction, Tom Dengenis has an interest in 550,000 of the Company's
ordinary shares, representing 0.53 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
