Historical Stock Chart
From Jun 2019 to Jun 2024
AquaCell (AMEX:AQA) announced today the results for the
quarter ended September 30, 2005.
During the quarter, the Company's AquaCell Media subsidiary sold
advertising to CBS Television for the new prime-time comedy,
"Out-of-Practice" under a campaign titled, "Quench Your Thirst For
Comedy", capitalizing on the growing out-of-home sector of the
advertising industry.
In the quarter, the Company restructured its Aquacell Water
subsidiary which, subsequent to the end of the quarter, has generated
a significant backlog that is expected to be shipped by the end of
December 2005.
For the three months ended September 30, 2005 on a consolidated
basis, revenues were $169,000 as compared to $199,000 for the similar
period of the preceding year. The decrease in sales is primarily
attributable to the restructuring of our Aquacell Water subsidiary
during the quarter, putting a new management team in place. Net loss
on a consolidated basis, attributable to common stockholders, for the
three months ended September 30, 2005 increased to $1,146,000 as
compared to $877,000 for the same period of the prior year.
