NEW YORK, Aug. 25  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley 7% Apache Corporation SPARQS.

Priced at $35.38 with an initial offer size of 1.26 million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol APK and has a maturation date of September 1, 2006.
