AMS Health Sciences, Inc. Announces the Addition of Clark Bartram, ''Americas Most Trusted Fitness Professional,'' to the AMS T

AMS Health Sciences, Inc. (AMEX:AMM) announced today the
signing of a consulting agreement with Clark Bartram. Clark has earned
the title of "Americas Most Trusted Fitness Professional." Clark has
appeared on the covers of hundreds of publications, most recently the
March 2006 edition of Iron Man magazine. In addition to being one of
the most successful models in the industry, Clark has also hosted his
own television show, appeared in films, writes for various fitness
publications, is a published author and an ISSA Master Trainer, an
honor held by a select few in the industry.

attend the Company Convention July 27-29, 2006 in Oklahoma City, OK
and will deliver a keynote address to the attendees. Mr. Bartram will
also host a trade fair booth for the attendees to talk to him about
health and nutrition issues and to have their photos taken with him.
