NEW YORK, June 27  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) opened trading yesterday on Safety First Trust Series 2007-3's Principal- Protected Certificates Linked to a Global Index Basket. The Basket of indices includes the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index, the Nikkei 225 Index, and the S&P BRIC 40 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 6,709,865 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol AKE and has a maturity date of July 11, 2012.
