Affinity Internet Holdings plc ('Affinity' or the Company') has in recent weeks
been negotiating with its creditors and due to the uncertain financial position
it finds itself in has taken independent professional advice. They regret to
announce that this has resulted in Andrew John Pepper and Lee Anthony Manning of
Kroll being appointed as administrators for its subsidiary Affinity Wireless
