      Staffing, Inc of Minneapolis. Elite Healthcare has been operating in the 
      Minneapolis market for the past five years and enjoys an excellent 
      reputation among healthcare providers to which Elite staffs temporary 
      medical personnel. Elite will now operate using the ATC name and will 
      look to develop the Twin City markets as well as other promising markets 
      within Minnesota. “Having the operational and
