ATC Healthcare, Inc., (AMEX:AHN) a leader in medical staffing, announced
today that it has acquired certain assets of Berry Medical Employment,
an independent medical staffing agency located in San Diego, California.
The acquisition, which will operate under the ATC name, was made in
conjunction with ATC’s licensee for the
southern California market.
Berry Medical Employment is a well-established agency that has supplied
the San Diego healthcare market with medical professionals for years. “This
acquisition enables us to accomplish our joint development goal with ATC
of expanding the southern California medical staffing market,”
stated Dorika Beckett, licensee.

market, which enlarges our network to ten ATC locations in California.
This acquisition gives us access to contracts with the two largest
healthcare providers in the area, with an operation that has
