ATC Announces Vendor Management Agreement With New York Hospital

staffing, announced today that it had executed an agreement with
Crouse Hospital of Syracuse, New York to manage its personnel
outsourcing needs utilizing ATC's Alpha Source(R) Program.
   Crouse Hospital is a 575-bed full service facility located in
Central New York. Crouse Hospital offers a full range of general and
specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services and community health
education and outreach programs.
   Under the terms of the agreement, ATC will administer its
proprietary web-based software and function as the vendor coordinator
for Crouse Hospital's five million dollar outsourced staffing
requirements. ATC will convert the paper-intensive staffing process at
Crouse Hospital into an electronic system that will interface with the
hospital accounting and management systems, thereby enhancing
efficiency and productivity.
