Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

         On May 14 , 2019, Adams Resources & Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing a cash dividend of $ 0.24 per common share payable on June 21 , 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 7 , 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
