Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

         On February 22, 201 9 , Adams Resources & Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing a cash dividend of $0.22 per common share payable on March 2 2 , 201 9 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 8 , 201 9 . A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
