Item 8.01 Other Matters

 

Effective December 10, 2015, due to personal health concerns, Neal D. Crispin, President and Chairman of the Board of the Company, requested and was granted a medical leave of absence.  The duration of the medical leave of absence is unknown at this time.  The Board of Directors has appointed Toni M. Perazzo, the current Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as acting President and Chairman of the Board during Mr. Crispin's leave of absence.
