Arcadia Resources, Inc. Announces Rebecca R. Irish As New Chief Financial Officer SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arcadia Resources, Inc. (OTC:ACDI) (BULLETIN BOARD: ACDI) announced today that Rebecca R. Irish has joined its leadership team as the company's new chief financial officer effective January 4, 2005. Irish has more than 21 years of experience as a financial and operations executive and entrepreneur in the health care industry. She most recently co- founded and served as president of Beacon Respiratory Services Inc., a provider of respiratory equipment and related pharmaceuticals to patients in their homes. Beacon, which has operations in Alabama, Colorado, Florida and Georgia, was acquired in 2004 by Arcadia Resources. Irish has built and consulted with several businesses since serving as the CFO of RoTech Medical Corporation for seven years. There she played a leading role in the firm's growth from 48 locations in seven states to 630 facilities in 36 states upon her departure. Prior to RoTech, she spent eight years with Ernst & Young providing auditing services along with financial and systems consulting. "Rebecca has a proven track record in evaluating, acquiring, managing and growing businesses, and she understands this market extremely well," said John E.
