Posted at 24/3/2016 18:33 by henchard Thursday 24 March 6.20 p.m.No new Nomad booted off AIM from 7.00am 30 March 2016. |
Posted at 31/1/2016 18:17 by neilyb675 From Concentrated on LSE:"I actually spoke with the nomads and Raphael before close of business on Friday. GT were pretty stubborn about giving information and would only say that they resigned due to "A professional disagreement". I asked Raphael if he was able to shed some light, and he said that Auhua had found a cheaper chinese nomad, and had gave GT the chance to match the price, GT resigned. They're just saving face as always. Anyway if what Raphael is saying is true, the new nomad should be hired pretty quickly, this week or next. This is still a risky situation, don't get me wrong. But the risk/reward here is absolutely nuts. Even if there is just a 10% chance of this company being legit - the trade has a positive expected value. I am going to watch the price action this week and think about taking a long position (I have no position at the moment, but have had in the past). Other people must be thinking along the same lines as me - there is still a £1m+ market cap." |
Posted at 29/1/2016 18:35 by andysand For anyone still holding, you might be able to sell shares on Monday morning. Any price will be a good price. |
Posted at 04/12/2015 10:24 by andysand At last, a reply from the company. There is no new info here (that would be illegal), but I do find it reassuring nevertheless."Hi Andy,The Company has made due regulatory disclosures as required by AIM andadvised by our Nomad. We believe the concerns of the market is fuelled by prejudiced towardsChinese companies, the recent meltdowns by some AIM companies (not limitedto Chinese companies) and the impact on the share price performance issubject to market forces. The Company will look towards a trading update after the close of thetrading year and the financial results as according to AIM regulations.Meanwhil |
Posted at 30/11/2015 08:19 by karmastuartra What i cant understand is the valuation on this company given Net cash is 3 Million and Net tangibles are around 30 Million. The City seems to be purposely stiching the share Price up,manuipulating it for its ian agenda.Tw needs to investigate the dodgy aim Not ACE! |
Posted at 07/11/2015 14:57 by andysand I don't understand this obsession with people having to have a holding before they are 'allowed' to post. It is a discussion board, not a holders board. Please stop bickering over bull/bear views. My own view is that the company is NOT a fraud. But it does have some severe issues to address. I have done a lot of research to reach this conclusion. But I can't be 100% sure obviously. It needs to do 2 things urgently. Deal with cash flow. Communicate about the way it is dealing with it.And for good measure, some director buying of the shares. Just doing those things would probably triple the share price in a day. |
Posted at 26/10/2015 15:10 by andysand Skier. I think you are right about a large number of investors watching on the sidelines. Whether we will ever get the good news that propels the share price North is another issue. But yes, if the news comes, the rise is likely to be massive. On the bear side, there are a hell of a lot of red flags here so it is very dangerous. People need to understand that high reward means very high risk and limit their exposure carefully. |
Posted at 22/10/2015 16:35 by andysand Nobody would like TW proved wrong more than me. But the company can do this ANY time. Yet they don't. An independent audit of the accounts would send the share price up 1000% if they are clean. Surely that's worth paying a good auditor for? But if they are NOT clean, there would be catastrophe for them. Wouldn't you get an audit done if you were CEO and your share price was this low? I would! So why don't they just do it? |
Posted at 15/10/2015 18:34 by quinan I have re-read the results and see a very positive upbeat statement.Revenue remained stable GBP 12.1 million Order book increased by 67% GBP 13.9 million Gross profit remained stable at GBP 5.3 million Net profit before tax remained stable at GBP 2.6 million Net assets increased by 21% to GBP 29.7 million Cash balances dipped to GBP 3.8 million Earnings per share at the half year GBP 0.02 So I am at a loss as to why you think this is make or break, the current share price does not even cover the cash in bank let alone net asset worth and profit. |
