Even later in Kent - my cheque arrived today. Payment date was 6 March.

I see it comes from Link Isle of Man. Are you closer to them geographically? I was actually worried about this, was planning to contact them today if it didn't arrive.

They told me a decision would be made early December (but this was a couple of months ago).

I asked for 2021 accounts a couple of months ago. They said delayed due to auditors in Saudi not keeping to schedule, but assured me (unprompted) that there was "nothing alarming about the delays".

2020 accounts rec'd. EPS 18c. Dividend 18.7c to be paid in August. In sterling I make that over 50p in dividends since delisting.

Another dividend in the post today. 4.97p/ share. I make that about 38.2p since delisting at 19p in 2016. And we still own the business of course.

Meanwhile I'm pursuing two complaints to ICAEW about the auditor at Interquest (a 2018 AIM delisting). My real beef is with the management of course, but the auditor is more susceptible to complaint.

Always very hard to tell what's going to happen with delistings.

Would guess ongoing social distancing / lack of meetings should drive demand longer term. But lockdown stops projects short term. So hard to tell.

Another dividend in the post today. 14.59p/share (pennies, not cents, although I think you can have it paid in cents if you want).

It's characterised as an interim div for y/e 31 Dec 18, record date 30 Nov.

I make that 32.2p/share dividends since delisting.

Must say congrats to all remaining holders for receiving another big dividend. It does show that holding delisted companies can provide a very decent income. My experience to-date with other delisted companies has been less than satisfying.
