Musically, the new album "Days of Summer" provides a mix of jazz, pop, folk, and psychedelic rock. Diehl notes that "These songs were all written in Spring 2020, and revealed themselves spontaneously in the studio, in dreams, and during reflections on long walks. I think that they speak to the present situations that we find ourselves in, and they reflect some thoughts on the human condition that I hope will challenge listeners to reflect upon with a sense of urgency, a call to action, and with hope."
