The world-renowned bartender Thanos Prunarus and his team will
host a unique, week-long cocktail Mediterranean Mixology
Masterclass at 363 Bar by Baba Au Rum that teaches a combination of
heritage and innovation through mixology. Framed by views of the
imposing Caldera, Prunarus fuses his years of expertise with the
best ingredients the island has to offer—like fresh Santorini
tomatoes or wild island capers—for cocktails with an island twist.
Between July 13-18, 2022, guests will
learn to pair staples of the Mediterranean diet with some of the
world's best spirits for avant-garde beverages that are best paired
with a splendid Santorini sun-down as the backdrop.
The brand new Varoulko Santorini by Chef Lefteris Lazarou combines genuine respect for
Greece's most delicious, raw
ingredients and cutting-edge innovation. The menu is entirely
Mediterranean and is balanced by organic produce, local grains,
herbs and spices but primarily driven by fresh seafood to reflect
the generosity of the island's fertile grounds. Throughout the
months of July and August, the island's top sommeliers will
introduce guests to the most balanced and intriguing wine pairings.
Through a new series of events, Gastronomic Journey of Varoulko
opens up a brand new world of taste and lets guests into the
secrets of Santorini's centuries-old wine-making traditions. On the
