FransAction, Inc. Increases Franchise Offerings to Five Concepts HEATHROW, Fla., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FransAction, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: FCTN) announced today that Jreck Subs, Inc., an affiliate of Ultimate Franchise System, Inc. (OTC:UFSY) (BULLETIN BOARD: UFSY) , has signed a non- exclusive agreement with FransAction that allows it to begin selling franchises and area developer agreements for the company. Jreck Subs is now the fifth restaurant brand to join FransAction's brand offerings, giving FCTN a widely recognized regional brand in upstate New York. Peter J. Whitmore, President of Jreck's, explained, "Our agreement with FransAction allows us to pursue our current regional expansion program while FransAction brings broader national recognition to our Jreck brand name and operations.
