p@: FROM SQN results- Modular Building The Group provided financing in the amount of GBP10.2 million secured by mobile, modular buildings used in the hospitality industry to serve as hotel rooms at different events throughout Europe. The investment was made in coordination with the operator's plan to transition its business toward semi-permanent arrangements like remote worker accommodations and away from short-term rentals. The transition was intended to be completed over a period of two years. Management was changed in April of 2016 and entered into only one new profitable contract for worker accommodation in October 2017. Given the slow deployment, a rescheduling of the Group's debt could not be agreed and Snoozebox entered administration in November 2017. The Group has signed conditional agreements transferring the ownership of Snoozebox, by effecting its purchase from the administration and onward sale to a new owner which is part of a well-capitalised group experienced in wider modular accommodation and in the oil and gas industries. Snoozebox, under its new ownership, will then enter into a new operating lease with the Group. The terms of the new Snoozebox lease will reflect an operating lease, extending the term to 10 years with part fixed and part variable rentals. The new lease will result in full amortisation of capital and payment of interest to the Group. The transaction is conditional upon Snoozebox emerging from administration and creditors voting for a company voluntary arrangement. http://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/sqn-SQN/share-news/SQN-Asset-Finance-Income-Fund-Ltd-Half-year-Report/77017349

recordz: Snoozebox Holdings plc Workforce accommodation contract win The Board of Snoozebox Holdings plc ("Snoozebox" or the "Company") (AIM: ZZZ), a leading provider of rapidly deployed quality serviced accommodation, is pleased to announce the following workforce accommodation contract win. Snoozebox has secured a Semi-Permanent contract to provide 80 V1 rooms configured as workforce accommodation in a remote area of the UK for an initial period of 12 months. We expect to start deploying the rooms during September and for them to be revenue earning in the fourth quarter of 2017. The customer is a major international company. This contract is expected to make an approximate 25% contribution towards central overheads (excluding depreciation) starting in 2017 and weighted towards 2018. Deployment and subsequent removal costs are being met by the customer. Chris Errington, Chairman of Snoozebox, commented: "I am delighted to announce this workforce accommodation win. We will be providing 80 high quality en-suite rooms configured as temporary accommodation in a remote area of the UK that will serve as a base for the customer's workforce. The hotel will be deployed within a short two-week period demonstrating just how rapidly we can respond to demands for such accommodation."

p@: From driller post- The convicted fraudster who brokered Sir Philip Green’s sale of BHS took as much as £4m from investors in a suspected Ponzi scheme. Paul Sutton, who introduced serial bankrupt Dominic Chappell to the department store deal with Green, ran a company called B52 Investments between 2010 and 2014 with his girlfriend, Nicola Tarrant. B52 sold unofficial share certificates in Snoozebox, a pop-up hotel operator, before it listed on London’s junior stock market in 2012. At the time of the float, carried out by the stockbroker Panmure Gordon, B52 owned 66.7% of Snoozebox. The hotel company raised £12m from the market in April 2012, and another £8.4m that November. The shares rose from 40p to about 75p by the end of 2012, and in January 2013… Want to re

The share price may not appear appealing from where it was a few years back but let’s not forget one important factor. Summer is on its way and with that in mind, the festival season is starting. The board may have changed a number of times but the concept hasn’t. There would have been many lessons learnt from the last few years and hopefully with a recognised brand and more contracts under their belt, they might just beat those summer blues for new investors. papillon: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Snoozebox Holdings (LON:ZZZ) Share price: 9p (down 6.5% today) No. shares: 211.8m Market cap: £19.1m Trading update - this update follows the now very familiar pattern of saying lots of positive-sounding things about the company, but then revealing awful financial results. This looks like a profit warning, so I'm surprised the shares are not a lot lower today; Turnover for 2015 is expected to be in line with market expectations. The Company anticipates higher operating costs this year associated with the substantial increase in activity in events and the acceleration of the deployment of the original stock on a semi-permanent basis. It is anticipated that the mobilisation costs in respect of the five additional semi-permanent hotels, will be incurred prior to the year end, with the hotels ramping up in Q1 2016. As a result of these developments, the expected 2015 EBITDA level is a loss of approximately £5m. The revenue from the further semi-permanent deployments is expected to be realised in 2016. Stockopedia shows the current broker consensus as turnover of £5.2m, but no loss forecast is given other than EPS of -1.7p. With 211.8m shares in issue that equates to a forecast loss after tax of £3.6m. So the indication given by Snoozebox today of a £5m EBITDA loss, would be considerably worse once depreciation is added, so maybe £6-7m loss before tax? Overall then, it looks like quite a big miss, with losses a lot worse than expected. That's likely to mean yet another cash call, sooner or later. My opinion - it's a really nice concept, but is still no closer to proving that there's a viable business here. It looks to me as if further, drastic cost-cutting is needed to get to breakeven asap. Whether it should be a listed company, is the big question? I would have thought its prospects would be better as a lean overheads, private company. The share count has risen more than 4-fold since the company listed, so the share price probably won't ever get back to anywhere close to the price when it listed. That's the problem with dilution for businesses that are cash hungry. It hardly ever pays to buy the shares in the IPO for loss-making companies, in my experience. 563b3e9401827ZZZ_chart.PNG - See more at: HTTP://www.stockopedia.com/content/small-cap-value-report-5-nov-2015-zzz-110544/#sthash.qk02tMxb.dpuf

smithie6: FD stepped down recently....and opaque RNS today.... Disgraceful opque RNS...imho But hey its AIM.....the home of corrupt Chinese listings and corrupt Globo , Quindell et al......so what can you expect. ---- Zzz My views are similar to what I posted when Paul Scott tipped it as a buy. ( was a ridiculous "spin a coin" tip imho)...& share price spiked to 13-15p - no barriers to entry imho...hence price competition for providing units for decent size projects is likely ( fitting out containers.....an old thing...not new) - high set up costs consume income from short term events - imho low chance of overseas expansion ( hence investment logic largely dissappears) - depreciation costs - maintainence costs hit cashflow - cash generation needs to be big enough to cover these -uk events season, weather limited, 4 months ??...but many costs are 12 months - no dividend - history of consuming cash rather than giving it out - looks like venture capital investing - FD recently stepped down.....& critical role & subject (money) from investor's viewpoint - risk of x of more cash raising via new shares needed at some time ( 5M EBITDA loss), risk that reduces the share price if happens - chart is poor ( failed to rise above 10p over months..now falling) - H1. £3M loss on turnover of 2.3M.....Arghhhhh !!! Plus points Ask others !! - high nightly rate is possible ( but there are a lot of costs) ...while there may be a demand for using containers for offices and/or accomodation......Im not convinced it is an attractive risk/reward from uk PI investors viewpoint ....noting high fixed costs of directors and being listed. ...( uk events market only last around 4-5 months imo.....but fixed central costs and cost of assets is there every month of year...) ..who knows...maybe a success in x years time....but not attracting me at the moment...& cant see that changing..
