Share purchase to cover warrant exercises

ZPG Plc (LSE:ZPG) (the "Company") announces that, prior to its accounting period end on 31 March 2018, it has entered into an irrevocable, non--discretionary programme with Jefferies International Limited to repurchase 590,000 ordinary shares of GBP 0.001 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to satisfy the exercise of warrants.

The purchase of the Shares will commence immediately and end no later than 23 May 2018. The programme will be effected within certain pre--set parameters, and in accordance with the Company's general authority to repurchase shares granted to the Company by shareholders at the AGM held on 30 January 2018, the EU Market Abuse Regulation (596/2014), the Commission Delegated Regulation (2016/1052) and Chapter 12 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules. The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished price sensitive information.

It is intended that the Shares bought back will be held in Treasury, until released as required, to satisfy warrant exercises.
