couldn't even buy 1000 shares online about 30 mins ago so did a little cheeky top up of 500...hoping supply is tight

Morning battlebus; who knows but just looked at the trades and it almost appears the price has been dropped to accommodate a series of negotiated largish trades (NT's) ...at least Id like to think so! Certainly2 are bigger than for the average PI. Hopfuly exbroker adding again?

Thanks for the update Exboker - but I thought that was what Land G held before the announcement which states they are now below 5%? Whatever it suggests you have real confidence in ZTF. I was in ANH a couple of years ago ' perhaps should have held longer seeing the chart

Agreed, no large trade yet marked. Jobber has 24 hours grace remaining to submit a late mark from the 15th, I believe.

Possibly - that refers to L&G Group whereas point 7 seems to suggest the RNS relates to L&G Investment Management (LGIM) only.

My comment was based on the fact that the 'Situation previous to the triggering transaction' suggests there were 2,223,072 shares held but none after. Not that I can see anywhere near that number of shares traded on ADVFN.

Clear as mud!

Just back in these after a couple of years away and had hoped I'd bought at a low (296). Still looks at a support level to me but seems to be slipping.

So if I'm reading this RNS correctly (always a challenge with these Holdings RNSs) it looks like L&G have cleared out completely. Overhang potentially cleared?

11 February 2016 - Zotefoams plc, a world leader in cellular material technology, today announces that operations to produce a newly branded T-FIT(R) range of high-performance closed-cell foam insulation products are anticipated to commence in the second quarter of 2016.

T-FIT(R) will be manufactured and sold through the Company's joint venture company, ZOTEK King Lai ("ZKL"), established with King Lai Group ("King Lai") in March 2015. T-FIT(R) Clean will be the first product line produced at the new custom built moulding facility in China (KunShan) and will replace the existing T-TUBES(R) brand outside North America. T-FIT(R) Clean is being manufactured to service the exacting demands of pipe and tube cleanroom insulation requirements in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries and will be manufactured from Zotefoams' elastomeric closed-cell foam, ZOTEK(R) F42HTLS.

spot on coolen - can get 310 to buy now! But will watch for a while given the general carnage everywhere.

Looks to have been a single seller of just over 5,000 shares at 4pm, who took 312p from the market-maker for most and left a few on the SETS board @ 312.25.

A string of small trades followed at 313p which continued into the 4.30pm closing auction. They were so tiny, I reckon they were computerised trades for some reason, possibly index tracking funds.

If that continues on Wednesday, you might be able to buy some at 313p by going on the SETS board early in the day.

Interesting mark down to 312 today - was planning to add a few and then next thing it was back up to 3.19. No rhyme or reason for the drop or the jump back up as I see it - other than allowing someone to buy a load at 312!

There was no proper seller of stock in August only bits that the market makers used to cover the shorts they had sold to the trackers.

Surprised you didn't buy a bit earlier in the august dip exbroker. Treading water at present but there doesn't appear to be much weakness in the share price.

A strong trading update - sounds like scope to beat come Q4 imo.

Benefititing from the knock on of cheap oil feeding through into the chemical industry and lower input costs imo

Dunno how you can know that Exbroker - could be either way imo - a seller getting filled with 3 buys or a buyer getting filled with 3 sells. Either way it doesn't matter really, it's the volume in size that's interesting imo.
