Grant of Options

The Company announces that on 6 November 2018, 250,000 options over ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to Phillip Blundell, Chief Finance Officer, under the ZOO Digital Group EMI share option scheme ("Options").

An intention to grant options to Phillip Blundell was stated at the time of his appointment (announcement dated 2 July 2018). The Options have an exercise price of 123.50 pence per Ordinary Share and shall vest and become exercisable over the next 3 years in the ratio of 40% in year 1, 30% in year 2 and 30% in year 3, subject to continued employment only.

The Options are equivalent to 0.34 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights. Following this grant of options, the total number of options over Ordinary Shares will be 8,606,518.
