07/11/2014 14:01 | I am tempted just to push the price up but perhaps not. I expect if they wait for the interims they can get a better handle on the sudden boom in the counter and use words like " we expect a very significant increase in turnover over the next 6 months and beyond as our Zoosubs product gains rapid transaction. We looking forward to reporting much improved results in 6 months time as we enter a very exciting period of rapid and exponential growth for the Company " | amt
07/11/2014 13:56 | Can get a sell price of 6.75 for 75000 shares. Any more buys today & it will rise more. Shares so tightly held! | zooskeeper
07/11/2014 13:51 | Thanks a lot Bakunin. The dilution doesn't appear as great as I feared. ZoosKeeper - the other 4 were mine. I added to my old holdings which are in loss. Anyway we moved the share price for existing holders so done them a favour. | amt
07/11/2014 13:13 | Advertising again for positions because of rapid growth. Wish the market would wake up 5 buys all day one of which was mine! | zooskeeper
07/11/2014 10:13 | I found this on a website to give a rough idea of translation cost. video translation involve several types of task. So I guess we have to split the task, for example: Subtitling : 5$ per minute (script provided) Subtitling+translati Hearing+subtitling+t 0.05$ per word is for documents, everything is available, you just need to translate. But working with video is more complicated. CMIW Its difficult to relate this to the counter. since if they are averaging 20m sub titles per annum historically and only got say 10m usd of turnover than that's only .5$ per minute, assuming it takes a minute to make a subtitle. | amt
07/11/2014 09:56 | Nicyts - Interesting so my calculations may not be impossible then, what are you reckoning on annual run rate? (triple current would be 45mUSD annualised) | amt
07/11/2014 09:34 | At the current rate business that was growing rapidly may have tripled. They have been marketing and the product is clearly better than the competition. This hints at real success. Zoocore also must be being deployed and this will lead to recurring revenues. This is not overnight . They have been hinting about what is going on for sometime.Revenues must be growing. They indicate they will pay off most debt soon in the going concern bit of last accounts. That implies profits .Profits will lead to rerating in all likelihood . | nicyts
07/11/2014 09:30 | I noticed this about ZooSubs. Could that be driving growth. A key area of interest for our clients has been in preparing digital packages for iTunes which must be supplied with multiple subtitle streams. hxxp://www.tvbeurope | amt
07/11/2014 09:26 | Yes the difference between bid and offer is large, so I instantly made a 15% loss. Now looking better as I appear to have driven the price up 7%. I wonder what a reasonable charge is per minute, perhaps 50p to 100p. So if 300 sub titles added per minute, that's 157m per year so somewhere between 78m and 157m per annum of translation cost or effectively turnover for Zoo. I like playing with these numbers they look great. I shall be watching the ticker with added interest. These look even better than my earlier guess. | amt
07/11/2014 09:22 | Problem is it only looks like it is us handful buying! | zooskeeper
07/11/2014 09:11 | Very difficult to buy shares, I just bought 65,000 in small lots and moved the price up 7%. There are no shares available so if the outlook is strong the price could rocket in my view. | amt
07/11/2014 09:08 | The following is wild speculation and complete guess work. The ticker over the last 5 days has a run rate of about 10* the previous rate over the prior 6 months. So if say 8m of the forecast 15m turnover is Zoo subs then projection would imply 80m USD turnover going forward, wow! Lets say 30% margin and that's 24m USD on a p/e of 20 = 480m USD valuation or 300m £ or share price of 130* higher than current. Lop of dilution from convertibles and that gives a hundred bagger from here. That would be very nice thank you and only a year away. Have Zoo found a magic bullet here, we should hopefully know in the next few days if they publish a very bullish outlook with their interims. DYOR I am likely totally wrong. | amt
06/11/2014 16:19 | Bakunin. The convertible loan mature in 2017 so they need to generate 5m to pay that off or at least extend them. There is an option to convert to shares at 40 something P I think. That would lead to a big dilution. the underlying business looks strong but the reason for the low market cap is about worries over all the debt. If they can start generating a million or 2 cash in the next 18 months or so the business will be transformed and the share price could easily be a 10 bagger in my view. | amt
06/11/2014 14:04 | "The bank loan is $1m." If by that you mean the invoice factoring facility, this is actually $1.5 million. | aphzombie |
