Notice of AGM

Zoltav (AIM: ZOL), the Russia-focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 27 July 2021 at 10 a.m. (UK time) at the Company's registered office, Willow House, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1001, Cayman Islands, but will be facilitated virtually by the use of internet due to COVID-19 restrictions and accessed using the details provided in the notice convening the AGM (the "Notice").

All voting on the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted on a poll, therefore, all Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders are encouraged to submit their vote using the form enclosed with the Notice. Details of how to do this are contained in the Notice. All valid proxy votes will be included in the poll to be taken at the meeting.

All directors of the Company will stand for re-election at the AGM.
