You are right T34. On the «good » » side, R A has kept away from Moscow for some years and the origins of his wealth can be traced to 2005 when he sold his oil and gas Co to Gazprom for around USD 15 bln.

All this is true but there were voices already , some The Times writing , that Abrams should be at least investigated . Americans rules in UK , they decided that Rusal listing will be over . Besides , all oligarchs from sometimes have become the public enemies . In Jelcyn times they were friends .

T 34, O D was top of the sanction list. And we have already seen in the last 2 weeks the effect it had on Rusal share price and aluminium prices....

LSE will stop trading in EN+ Oleg Deripaska investment vehicle , which has holding in Rusal , on demand from US as sanctions are imposed .
Trading in GDR will be stopped from the close of business day today .

When the 12 million was put in recently, the management would have known what the results looked like. So, I'm guessing things are fine

I am surprised that the Annual Report isn't out today. As I recall, it has always been published by the end of April. Given that the major shareholders recently injected a $12 million, interest free, loan, I can only imagine that the delay is so that good news can be included.
