Update: Buyback, Disposal and Share Consolidation

Further to the announcements on 9 March 2020, the completion of the Share Buyback and the Disposal is now expected tomorrow, at which point a further announcement will be made.

As a result, the Share Consolidation is now expected to take place at 6.00 p.m. tomorrow (11 March 2020), with admission of the 34,400,481 New Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 to trading on AIM expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 12 March 2020.
