Ah!...I think I've answered my own question, by a more careful reading of the following, which I had overlooked.

1,376,019,240 Sub-divided Ordinary Shares

Number of Ordinary Shares following Consolidation to £0.001

34,400,481 New Ordinary Shares

So, 1 for 40, it is.

For my own existing holding of "old shares" I've been diluted by exactly 1 New for 40 Old.

I can't get the arithmetic to come exactly to that figure, but if anyone has any comparison, I'd be pleased to hear if my 1:40 is correct.

I make the current equity worth about £8k of which the Zhou's own 80% of which they are being given £102,000 for everyone else then makes up 1.4% of a cash shell with 34m shares and about £250k cash.

Love how they mention 'preserve some value for existing holders'.

So Zhou gets paid out £102k for 67% but the rump (30%is then worth 1.4% of a shell) worth around £3-4000 or so.

After buy back existing holders get 1.4% of the 'new company'.

currently it's worth about £40k if that.

If I had any at all I would be selling now.

They are in effect worthless.
