bottom fishing opportunity?

overhang cleared?
must be IMO, as it's rising on a low buy volume

Plenty of work needed here-

New FD is encouraging we need some stability on the financials but when you look at previous Co. Found Ian Selby on Google; See corero.com. Share price has collapsed.

Time will tell.

Ok, you believe what you want to and I'll believe what I was told. I have no reason to make things up. My contact is close though, I will say that.

I am reliable informed that Zenith have not had any contact with Burger King so it is not suprising that they were not granted a contract

Correct, this was going to be the first contract, but obviously done their homework and not impressed.

I have been informed by a reliable source that Zenith have never supplied Burger King

I heard the company lost a big contract with Burger King 2 weeks ago, they weren't impressed with the workforce of Zenith...not good!

The interims did not look good to me.
The jam is a long way off!

This is just on my Watchlist at the moment. Have never previously held a position in this company. Not tempted to invest yet either !

Masurenguy - very true -
but I think that this is the beginning of a continue drift in price once again -it is jam tomorrow situation and there are a lot of them around - and this may not be just around the corner either. I would still be a seller of this stock even at todays prices.

Yesterdays 100% rise seemed excessive in response to the Update so a 20% pull back and some profit taking today is hardly surprising.

Management still have it all to do and the jury is out on whether they have the ability to successfully exploit the business model here.

Well, I think management still have a lot of work to do, to justify the current share price.

A company is all about management - how good they are - if one does not believe in management and think their ability is lacking somewhat then that company is one to avoid, as without new blood then it is difficult to see how things can change or revive.

If I was a holder I would be selling the stock before it went lower, after the artificial rise yesterday. It is dangerous to live for potential. Take Cinpart which was Buckland, they have had potential for the last 3 years, and they still have potential, but are they really going to go anywhere. The only management achievement there is that they are still trading.

Now a company with not only potential but a good track record of late is DMP,
which is about to announce results soon. Don't live on hope, but on past record.

Agreed with both, but feel this has more to run, how much your guess is as good as mine, but the potential is there and if things are "turning around", then this could still look like a good entry point imo

Looking at the interims and ignoring goodwill and exceptionals the net profit was around £600k so double that and one is looking at £1.2m on a cap. of £9.2 giving a pe of 7.7 before tax, so before the 111% rise the stock could have been said as cheap. But I guess tomorrow that there will be profit taking so the price go back a bit. Not one for me though. Don't chase a stock up and buy high and then watch it fall back.

But if one does not ignore goodwill and exceptionals then the pe ratio is a lot higher, the price could even be said to be expensive, and the stock may not be worth looking at, at all ! No good buying now though at the current level !

Well I know they turned down a bid around £1.56 last year for fact. They now have a new finance director in place, the last one was the big problem, so now should go back to a £1 in the not to distant future. The pipeline is very strong at present. DYOR
