On the basis OMV have confirmed the sales process, we have to assume the deposit of monies is real and they are happy with whoever the buyer is in terms of due diligence. I know Zen's past and why most wouldn't go near it with anyone's barge pole, but I wonder if they have pulled something quite substantial here......

Sounds real enough from newsflow, can see why the doubt quite the deal for ZEN.

Let me get this right.

At 7am, Zen sell 51% of Zen Netherlands (ZN) to Hingbo Industries. ZN has no assets. Zen retains 49%.

At 10am, ZN enters into a SPA for OMV which has production assets in Yemen. ZN HAS paid a deposit of $4.3m 'which shall be credited by the seller to ZN upon completion.

Q Who exactly are Hingbo?
Q Who has deposited the $4.3m?
Q Where has it actually been deposited?
Q It is technically an asset of ZN or only when / if the SPA happens

BTW for fun, I've contacted OMV for comment regarding the authenticity of this RNS.

Mls I brought first in 2019 at 0.45 and now it’s 0.8 so I’m up nearly 100% still. I did average down higher but still in significant profit. Had I listened to you and not brought in 2019 I wouldn’t have made anything :
