29/11/2017 15:56 | cash i've noticed you edit your first post...good to see we agree now | ravin146
29/11/2017 15:22 | ravin, ZEN should release news on Zardab soon. Cash | cashandcard
29/11/2017 15:10 | @thelung...good to see you back at the dizzy height at 9p!...hope you recover your losses when you excited near may! @cashandcard...30%, low volume...its not profit taking lol...greg is right, warrants diluted this in addition to the delay and lack of any real news. I'm still positive on the future though lol | ravin146
29/11/2017 14:55 | I would put the pullback down to profit takers after recent rise aswell as delays at Zardab. Whilst warrants and dilution are annoying, they will get blown away with the right news. Cash | cashandcard
29/11/2017 13:43 | The warrants are killing this one. | gregpeck7
29/11/2017 12:28 | O/t at least another oily doing well#uog #breakout | ravin146
29/11/2017 10:57 | Sea7 agree. It's a shame they are being very sneaky by not announcing who it is.This is not a personal debt that AC has but a company debt and SH should know who got these options imo.Slightly fishy that the share price trickled from 12p to 8.88p and then this was announced... | ravin146
29/11/2017 09:54 | Good to see progress on Z-28. | davidspringbank
29/11/2017 09:29 | pure speculation, although beaufort won't do it for free. When they issued that note in feb, they did state in their disclosures that they would be seeking payment for investor services in the next six months, which was upto august. Now they are joint corporate broker as well. Wouldn't be the first time a broker got options. | sea7
29/11/2017 09:04 | Lol exactly...the strike price is not far from where we were a few days ago...This is all ver fishy imo.Paying personal debts with shares, handing out option to a "financial advisor"...why not pay them money! If Beaufort, sea7 I assume you are speculating and have no inside source, that is shocking.Losing credibility again! | ravin146
29/11/2017 09:04 | grannyboy, I'll say this, we do need to get past all this trickle dilution we have. Although it does bring money in, it always turns pressure on the share price. Need Z28 to flow at good commercial rates. Cash | cashandcard
29/11/2017 09:02 | get a decent distance from the strike price and it is a simple cashless exercise for any option holder - easy money. | sea7
29/11/2017 09:00 | These holders of the options are open for 5 years at the 10.5p strike price..there is no other reason than they intending selling them when they get past the strike price.. | grannyboy
29/11/2017 08:58 | probably beaufort | sea7
29/11/2017 08:52 | Well, whoever it is, they have an excersize price of 10.25p, so not discounted from here. It was a little disappointing to see stock options agreed for AC at such lowly prices. Cash | cashandcard
29/11/2017 08:42 | Isn’t this connected to the previous RNS? Buffy | buffythebuffoon
29/11/2017 08:24 | Hmmm not sure why "a Zenith financial adviser." get the options.Legally they should be named?Does anyone know who it is? | ravin146
29/11/2017 07:47 | It's only right everyone connected to the company is fully rewarded when the good news starts rolling in. I added to my holding couple of days ago as believe this is last opportunity to buy at these levels. | coscos
29/11/2017 07:07 | Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; TSX.V: ZEE) the dual listed international oil & gas production company operating the largest onshore oilfield in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce the granting of 2,000,000 stock options (the "Options"), in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan (the "Plan"), to operational managers of the Company in Azerbaijan, and a Zenith financial adviser Hmm does this mean that Malcys now been paid and can begin pumping the stock Andrea? | bad gateway
28/11/2017 22:18 | Not by the looks of the last quarters data...they've blown the budget, diluted the stock and yet to produce a large workover.Hanging by the next rns now | ravin146
28/11/2017 22:11 | low budget was abandoned when it didn't work. They have expanded the budget, however, are attempting to remain a low cost operator overall. | sea7
28/11/2017 21:01 | That old chestnut...do we know the cost of these Canadian 'pros'....Costs adding up with these delays...What happen to low budget!Sp fall in recent days has been an embarrassment | ravin146
28/11/2017 20:41 | iirc... At the beginning of the implementation of the contract at least 70% of engineering employees and 90% of workers must be Azerbaijani citizens, in 5 years the proportion should change to 90% and 95% respectively. | sea7
28/11/2017 20:28 | All operations at well Z-28 will be directed by Zenith's newly recruited Canadian petroleum engineers, who specialise in complex workover operations. "directed" -they are not doing the dirty work. That is left to the drill team. | sea7 |
