since listing when the company raised £2,015,922 by issuing 33,322,143 shares at 7p, we have had 13 further cash raises in one form or another.

The running total, including the amount above is 62,533,901 shares issued as new equity raises, shares issued when options exercised and shares issued when warrants exercised. This has generated, since January 11th a total of £4,547,092 in funds for the company.

The overall average price of the shares issued to date is 7.27p.

The total number of shares in issue at this time are 135,900,119 and the stock price has climbed higher despite stock issuance.

This does prove that the market believes in Mike's plan and is confident of his ability to deliver on it. We should also bear in mind that we do have an operation in Italy, that may also be benefitting from some of these funds raised.

Assuning the 9p and 12p warrants are exercised, that's most of the new rig paid for.

The remaining warrants are broken down as follows:
14,948,310 @ 15p = GBP 2,242,247
13,628,133 @9p = GBP 1,226,532
1,732,920 @12p=GBP 207,950

So there are 30,309,363 warrants outstanding today at a total value of GBP 3,676,729


Most of the 15p ones have expired already so are excluded from what I posted.

8,827,167 @ 15p expired
2,822,426 @ 15p remain but expire end of Dec this year

ZEN is...soo under the radar of brokers, investment professionals, institutional investors etcsoo undervalued based on the current asset value and not even including the potentialsoo not even trying to ramp this...yes it's had issues on its first major well and strategy but now...Dyor, gla, 15-20p is a real possibility imo
