management skin in the game...

when you add up their stock holdings it comes to just over 10 million shares, which is nearer 9%. Add in the stock options and warrants they all hold, then you get to
24,105,498. The number of shares in issue, after the recent equity raise is just over 128m shares, 20% is just over 24m, so I am guessing that the 20% figure quoted in the interview includes everything, shares, options, warrants.

andrea has 2,647,485 shares
luigi Milano has 3,495,740 shares held in pole position, he is sole director
jose ramon has 48,000 shares
Dario sodero has 77,500 shares held in planaval, he controls 100% of planaval
erik larre has 4,334,068 shares held in tonsenhagen, he controls 100% of tonsenhagen.

as you can see, actual holdings are nearer 9%, the rest is made up of options and warrants.

andrea also has the right to buy upto 6 million shares from mirabaud at 14p before 23 January next year, not sure if that will happen.

With regards to the august mention, this is being clarified.

I do not believe its an error. I think the internal plan has changed and the goalposts are being moved to reflect it.

If anything, AC let slip in that interview. A lot to think about now.

I don't. I think its just them being more pragmatic about their early goals and preparing investors to do the same.
Still think they get 1k by march if one of the z's comes in or they have a pleasant surprise with a workover etc but think this is the new more cautious and hopefully more professional zen.

They must have taking them at the listing, Sea7 said over on the LSE that it is mentioned on their yearly accounts..but agree it should be on their website..people like to see management with their own money in the company, I know I do

If you listen to the video at the end he says management owns about 20% of the company, from 7 min 40s onwards

Also at the end of the video he states management own about 20% of the company-so they have plenty skin in the game and I am sure they will not be wanting to go down the dilution route..

Useful utube vid,stated at the end its commissioned by zen so from the co.
3m 21sec (approx) in he gives August next year for 1000bpd so a delay confirmed there
Mentions the oil price dropping as a possible risk re his 41p valuation but doesn't mention what happens if it continues its rise so be good to see a retest of $70 as a start.

As per that report from 4 traders we know Zenith will still have the 2 small w/o rigs working as well as the big rig that will be going to Zardad

"The company will employ Zenith Aran's upgraded A-80 workover rig to perform these operations in addition to a similar sized workover rig operated by an experienced local oilfield service company, according to the source. It is anticipated that the ESP upgrade program will continue until the end of November 2017, the source noted"

Muddy,

Hopefully, the recent plan they have set out, is adhered to, and no change in course which results in more dilution of share value.

So far, from IPO to date, it has been a shambles imo, especially for a main market stock. This is not AIM, but it is certainly acting as if it is with it RNS and volatile performance. The share price is falling and it usually doesn't lie.

Hopefully, we can draw a line in the sand, and new management can sort out the wells 195 and well 45.

I think its good they have reduced the number of pointless, waffle updates.

Well results and production updates is what's needed.

Edit: and of course, clarity on the way ahead.

I think the bod has stopped putting out updates with timelines on them as if there are delays they get crucified, initially they were bullish on timelines and with the equipment they were using now they have come to understand that workovers are more complex and the original equipment does not meet the spec needed of the more challenging workovers. Andrea with bringing in Mike has reset the exceptions now and has a more competent team on the ground, it really has been a case of lessons learned, and the new team also needed time to go over field data and chose way forward, and with the plan they sent out on the RNS is the plan, it is sit back and wait and lets hope it matures. At least they are having 3 bites of the cherry with well perforations, fitting new pumps and the Zardab field. If they all add bbls per day I will be happy.

It is a shame the bod can not explain/state this, and remember they used to love using alphabets for teams and I was worried they'd run out of alphabets!

At least we can assume and speculate and hope they begin to stop with the ambiguity.

We had less than a month between announcing w66 and C26 flow rates after perforating these wells, so we may get another well perforated in a few more weeks and additional bbls flowing into the daily bpd

they state that zeniths field staff are constructing roads, so this could incorporate some of the team members as well. excl team c, as they are not field staff.

The way I see it.

Canadian Engineers will be at the Z28 when it starts, meantime they may be in the field supporting Team A

Team A which is Zeniths own small W/O rig has most likely started another well like w66/C26 to pull piping so they can perforate new pay zone or have started to fit the new pumps. Then team C will come in and stimulate these pay zones.

Team B could be cut lose until the new big W/o Rig comes in take on well Z28, or they could be on same sort of activities as Team A until the big rig comes.

Team C (coiled tubing) are most likely adhoc called upon when needed to stimulate wells.

That is how I see things happening since the latest update.

The big one now is Z28, we need them to pull it off and we should see a re-rate of share price and alongside Z28 will will have pump replacements and/or perforated wells

what is team A, B and C doing at the moment?

Have they been released, working on which activity?

Would be nice to have a nice summary to this bb,

It might be worth creating a new thread, with all info, research etc on the header?
