"We have posted our Annual results on the 1st July several times over the last few years, so Monday it is."

In fact, we haven't, which is even more supportive that 'this time it's different' :

Maybe you've been around even longer than me (;-< !!!), but this last decade they've mostly always been (just) within the reporting deadline

As I said elsewhere, Elphick comes across as a bit of a stickler for the rules.

It's reasonable to think that, yes, this time it IS different.

Famous last words.....

We'll see !

No panic here, this was bound to happen Closing of T trades and margin buying will be the vast % of selling . But that's ok , that's how markets operate. Not selling any any of mine at these levels

The one fatal question remains to be seen. Will the BOD/major shareholders and Glencore play nicely and share the bonanza with the stock market. Small chance risk, but a mega shafting is always a possibility. Go private is a favourite wheeze.

From 15 June to 26 June it went from 8p to a high of 18p, that's over 100%. No surprise we have a sell off and profit taking. As I said that's just a function of the market. Nothing has changed in the underlying story or the significant value yet to be realised.

If you read the last 2 x RNS's , you'll see that GLEN included a short term loan to cover 'new ZIOC's ' cash requirements for the next year or so...

There may be an update re Shard position in the upcoming results.

I see it has a positive! They (ZIOC) would have to announce they had received the monies (shard were selling on behalf of the company)

Ah shard , yes well I've always assumed that they were selling for months , I don't think they need to disclose as the release already stated the issuance of 7 million shares which they are liberty to sellIn these past 6-8 months each time the sP has risen it's been bought down with 'sells' I've assumed shard has been selling into any rise (along with others I suppose) I don't regard this as any major issue or impacting the storyBuying and selling is a function of the market I've long since stopped why people sell in a bullish uptrend , there are probably a million reasons why and nobody should get annoyed lose sleep over it , I say good luck to them and why not, we all have our own criteria and financial strategy

I would like to point out that we haven’t received confirmation that the already cleared dilution hasn’t been completed! They would have easily sold the last few million shares and haven’t………. I assume they were told not to bother

There are only a few global players in the high grade space Champion iron and Fxpo whose production has been severally disrupted due the war and recently political and legal scandal regarding its major shareholder

That's also makes complete sense. And I tend...to agree I suppose Im forgetting the 'future is green steel' which already does and will no doubt command an greater 'premium' going forward and so Zioc may well receive a buyout from a combination of a global iron ore player backed by a sovereign wealth fundA mittel took out a high grade fe content company (pellet feed) in baffinland some 10 odd years ago I can't remember what they paid or the production run rate
