I'm looking forward to buying back into zioc if the chance presents itself. Currently waiting for the company to remedy their cash position. Expecting a placing shortly but could be a loan.

Slightly off-piste (ie not directly Zanaga-related), but Africa Intelligence reports that the Russians (TMK) are moving ahead with their pipeline for oil products between Pointe Noire and Brazzaville, to be fed by their newly-acquired interest in Marine XII.

..."SNPC has been working on keeping strong ties with Lukoil, which is expected to invest heavily in Congo-B over the coming years from its purchase of New Age's 25% share in the Marine XII permit operated by ENI..."

Tanzania to C-B is about 1500 miles, straight-line. Roughly the distance between London and Moscow.
Ebola victims are hardly likely to be flying.
By road, it's about 2,500 miles.

Just as a reality check.

Co has guided to update 'in Q4'. Historically, this has tended to be late in the Q , not right at the start.

We're only in day 4 of 91 for the Q. Plenty of time to go.

Can't tell you how many times I have been in and out here. Production still a very, very long way away, but IF (massive IF) this comes to fruition then the upside is absolutely off the chart.

Easily done - most likely via loan from founder shareholders : avoids dilution; no need for extensive/intrusive documentation; quick; enhances founder shareholder control - security hierarchy).
See Ncondezi (NCCL) Shareholder Loan history for workings. Relevant because of shareholder overlap.
