31/7/2017 17:34 | Yep iron ore going nuts, should get back to 12p+ here this autumn Make what you want of it but from this article and the following in particular, ZIOC has 50p+ written all over it for 2018 IMO 'According to the document, the outlook for iron ore prices is rather positive, especially considering that producers have reduced mining costs substantially over the past four years. The mining industry as a whole, says the report, now spends $22 less per tonne than it did in 2013 due to tightened capital controls, renegotiated contracts and the exit of high cost supply. Last year, the production-weighted average cost for the seaborne market was only $34 per tonne in 2016, and the lowest cost producer achieved $23 per tonne. The experts also note that annual exploration budget for iron ore fell in 2016 for the fourth consecutive year, with the estimated $685 million expenditure representing a decline of $460 million from 2015. Most of the fall, they say, can be attributed to Australia and China, which together accounted for almost half of the global decline last year. As a consequence, yearly budget for iron ore exploration is now down 83% from the peak of $3.98 billion it reached in 2012.' | topazfrenzy
31/7/2017 16:09 | Anyone know why the spread has come in some much from to where it usually is? | davidedz

25/7/2017 22:32 | So opinion changes from one day to the next? Nothing against trading, just the behaviour when you sell. | keya5000
25/7/2017 22:29 | When did I troll Keya? I just expressed an opinion when the outlook changed, you have to be flexible in the stockmarket as you all must know. | topazfrenzy
25/7/2017 22:21 | Glencore kept this one for a reason, and over $350 Million has been spent to get to this stage so far. It is the biggest and highest quality undeveloped resource going, it is going to be snapped up before long IMO, the miners are in a bull market that is just getting started. The Chinese will want it to guarantee future supply, 5 years on from now. 1fox1, iron ore at $70 as I type, for 62%, Zanaga is of a much higher quality and this commands a big premium. Forget analysts with their price forecasts they have been wrong for the past 12 months so far. That is why I am very bullish here again, the recovery from the lows set in June has been very very strong. Anyway I am increasing my stake here, this could go x10 in the next year or two. 25/7/2017 17:08 | Personally I think it's a great long term hold and that's what I'll be doing. Ferrexpo is doing very well. If I'm correct It operates largely in the Ukraine. I believe ZIOC is very under valued at it's current level but that's why I bought in in the first place. | 1fox1
25/7/2017 17:05 | This resourse is (imo) stranded - Unable to compete with Austrlian prices delivered China - If anyone doubts please do the sums yourselves. | pugugly
25/7/2017 17:02 | topazfrenzy - 19 Jun 2017 - 13:08:23 - 2537 of 2609 This could crash to 3p after the results if there is no concrete news, so staying out is the best thing for now IMO topazfrenzy - 29 Jun 2017 - 07:13:02 - 2575 of 2610 Nothing new to report in the final results, snooze fest ... back to 3p is my guess this year on no significant news. You're a funny chap topaz.........Now your'e saying we should be closer to 20p In out in out and shake it all about. Please show a little consistency :o) | 1fox1
25/7/2017 12:15 | Very cheap at this level, should be sitting closer to 20p seeing where the mining sector is. There will be a deal here IMO, hopefully very soon. | topazfrenzy
25/7/2017 11:21 | 100k buy. Looking good and heading for another breakout anytime soon. | abeygale
24/7/2017 22:11 | True.....but in the last six weeks there have been three spikes....and, around the New Year, there were more. One day they will likely prove right.....and then the spike will be much much higher. Will it be this year, next year or 2025? Who knows?......but if it EVER happens within the next 6-7 years then the shares are undervalued right now. | emptyend
24/7/2017 07:12 | Anyday sounds good, unfortunately experience has taught me that things always take longer than is reasonable or expected. :o( | mrx001

19/7/2017 10:57 | Hope this gets a move on soon because I think they don't have funding for much more than 18 months and then it will be fund raising time. :0( | mrx001
