13/5/2008 07:16 | Conspiracy theory. Did evo's have an inkling that there was going to be a speculative announcement about a huge anolmaly before they took on the brokership? It may have been a bargaining chip to induce them to come on board, you don't make money, or should i say your sales team don't make money from flat liners. Am i talking rubbish, discuss. | rocketfuel
12/5/2008 11:08 | Nice to see spread narrowing... makes these more readily tradeable. | umair
12/5/2008 06:53 | 13p in asx. | bobic
10/5/2008 08:43 | Grimbo.....I agree but think they may drift back to 8.5p before the next leg up, if so I will be back aboard!! | aspers
10/5/2008 07:05 | Well - I kept all mine. This is well below the level from a few years ago where they were just starting their drilling programs. They now have have deals, announced lots of very promising results and will announce a lot more in the year ahead. I like the risk/reward. | grimbo
09/5/2008 18:03 | aspers, I took my profit on Wednesday night at 10p plus. If the stock should dip back to sub 10p then i might buy in. Probably won't given the recent news. | canny lass
09/5/2008 09:57 | Decided to take my 20% profit for now.....too many unknowns here at the moment I feel.....mind you thats a sure sign that this will fly now I have gone!!!! | aspers
09/5/2008 07:49 | Hyper:- It's all a bit manic, like the market. 'Two weeks' to clarify: could be a trailer for the Minesite presentation late May. OT; since you are clearly well-grounded: but would you agree that there could be signs that the markets have hitherto shown some mental resistance to the 'supercycle' theme, and that resistance is now becoming more brittle. (But perhaps one is trying to come to terms with a blurring/darkening of the geo-political picture...) | clearsoup
09/5/2008 07:29 | "Interpretation of the preliminary data suggests that the conductor is likely to be either sulphides, or graphitic sediments." only good news if it is not graphitic sediments. Graphitic sediments are very annoying when doing geophysical surveys. I've done many surveys in Scotland, when we have got excited in the field only to find that the expected continuation of mineralisation from a known drilled source has been replaced by graphitic schist which had been offset by a fault. I would say this is a strange RNS, as really I don't think it should have been released until the anomaly had been proven as sulphides and not graphitic sediments. This could be done using geophysics in the field by doing survey lines linking back into the known deposit. Also the signature along any survey line would normally match the signature over the known deposit (if along strike) and thus you are normally able to relate the geological units within the sequence and thus the correct location of the mineralisation if offset by a fault. | hyper al
09/5/2008 06:46 | very very nice onwards and upwards. | bobic
09/5/2008 06:42 | I feel that is good news and would expect this to move back towards 15p in due course?? | aspers
09/5/2008 06:34 | This news should help reinforce the recent movement... | tippingpoint
09/5/2008 06:28 | Kangaluwi - VTEM Anomaly RNS Number:0420U Zambezi Resources Ltd 09 May 2008 9 May 2008 Zambezi Resources Limited ("Zambezi" or "the Company") Large VTEM Anomaly Defined at Kangaluwi Copper Project Zambezi Resources Limited ("Zambezi") (AIM: ZRL; ASX: ZRL) today announces the discovery of a potentially significant VTEM anomaly at the 100% owned Kangaluwi Copper Project in Southern Zambia. The Company is currently conducting a major regional VTEM survey at Kangaluwi. A total of approximately 1,630 line kms has been completed. A strong and persistent electrical conductor has been defined at the Kangaluwi Prospect in preliminary data received to date. The position of this discrete conductor suggests that it represents a down-dip extension of the copper-mineralised stratigraphy previously defined by soil sampling. This stratigraphy has been drilled to the north and west of the VTEM anomaly and yielded significant copper mineralisation over substantial widths in multiple zones. Significantly, the core of the newly defined conductor has not yet been tested by drilling. Interpretation of the preliminary data suggests that the conductor is likely to be either sulphides, or graphitic sediments. The Company anticipates that an update will be released on receipt of all data in approximately two weeks. 07/5/2008 19:29 | Yes there definitely seems to be a large seller suppressing the LSE share price. Cant last forever. Hi CR, good thread you started on TMF. | skyracer
07/5/2008 18:11 | Cheers tipping and scots. Got a small few, dunno what I've bought, just chasing the volume, same with AMI today. CR | cockneyrebel
07/5/2008 18:07 | The very fact that the share price seems to be showing resilience in spite of the large seller is surely very exciting ? Low volumes on ASX, but then again, why would you buy there if it is so much cheaper to get them on AIM ? | umair
07/5/2008 13:18 | Last UK fund raising was at 18p back in April 2007. OK, so market sentiment has changed a little since then, but metal prices are higher and news is good. Bodes well. | umair
07/5/2008 08:29 | there cant be any real demand in australia other wise it would be given by an arbi player. i am long and hoping. the company need to find a buyer for this big seller that is around. | sitiain
07/5/2008 07:42 | CR you may have seen the change of broker RNS...Aussie share price now usefully higher/fundamentals improving/any share issue likely to be only after a push by the new broker imo... | scotswhaehae |
