I doubt they can sell them today .As are likely insiders .They may be forward sold but unlikely.

It's the share options johndoe going live today 24k how many if any will be sold that's why they have dropped it early especially after the 2.5k sell which may or may not have been part of the options who knows

The last director sale I remember was a couple of years back 18(?)months at about £2.00 it never has been lower since then.so he lost out on a fair bit since .
So I am not reading much into it .

I would prefer BK to sell a few to under 50% ideally 40% hopefully to institutions or the lot to a buyer 😃of the company .preferably at about 30/40£ a share tho !

Just an article about Pizza Hut being in financial trouble. I don't know if YU have now signed them up, but people like Sparky will say anything without any proof whatsoever - just like YU could be tendering for the UU £650m smart meter contract, that he thought was for energy when it's a water meter contract. Oh Sparky, knew you couldn't resist, but the 5k trade is a duplicate print, but clearly you missed that. As for the 10k trade who knows as it's at the mid....but naturally you KNOW that it was a buy. Please can you post up proof it was a buy (of course you can't but it's never stopped you knowing has it).Strange you missed those Director SELLS yesterday!.

Bobbys only ever bought c £8k of shares, last time he just exercised his option (freebies virtually) and off loaded some.Perhaps he too will be selling some to bank decent profits?, who knows. One things for certain he won't be buying any and looks like none of the BoD will either!.Right, time to give Neil a bell and get my margherita ordered :)

Question: why are they cancelling their share premium account in order to increase distributable reserves (by £11.9m) IF they allegedly have so much cash on the books?.Doesn't add up IMO, but then not a lot of what Rawson does or says does add up!.

I am pretty sure the directors who sold yesterday was their last chance to sell under market rules,before a scheduled announcement (4 weeks).

Personally not too fussed about them selling some.As they appear to still have a fair few left.

Because I’m an honest sort of chap, you are wrong again, PH don’t have 455 restaurants in the UK, that’s just England, they have 510 in the UK as of March 20th 2024.
Out of interest (still playing along with the premise, NOT FACT, that they are supplying them now), they used 15,284,000 kWh of natural gas and purchased 25,972,000 kWh of electricity, Hope this helps in your very balanced postings…̷0;some FACTS not pure guesswork and speculation.
Ps you mention feeling sorry for sellers, so my sincere commiserations on your trades a few years back :(
Edit: forgot to say, those energy figures for PH were from their 2022 accounts (the latest that’s published).

Hi TT,
Sparky's correct and that is how they worded it in FY RNS:-
'· Capital reduction process commenced to cancel the share premium account and increase distributable reserves by £11.9m to enable further flexibility around future capital distributions.'
From the company handbook they have a high court date set for 3rd July to rubber stamp this. 71p/share would be just this alone.
