19/5/2022 07:32 | placing - on the contrary, if he'd have waited until share price was higher, he'd have been clobbered for more tax. | wooster4
19/5/2022 07:31 | Doesn't answer the question, why now? A few days before an AGM. | divmad
19/5/2022 07:30 | ps - having only 5% of isc under option is nothing for an AIM company - most have northwards of 15-20%. | wooster4

18/5/2022 15:13 | CNA hitting new highs now and people still selling here with 5 trading days from trading update when the sector has recently proved to be out performing the wider market ?Are we expecting some shockers which I very much doubt. Totally bizzare | sparky333

17/5/2022 16:51 | Multi year high today for centrica and not far off a 3 years high.Bodes well the sector is booming if a company like centrica who are getting hammered by the price cap are thriving.Madness with regards to YU especially as only 6 trading days to Q1 update and AGM. | sparky333
16/5/2022 20:45 | Currently 18 jobs being advertised for YUThe words in the adverts say it allOur company is growing at a rapid pace so it's an exciting opportunity to join an organisation which canoffer a long-term future career pathway and you could be part of the Yu success story. | sparky333
16/5/2022 13:54 | Centrica only 5% off year high | sparky333
14/5/2022 12:31 | In the last 4 years of rebuilding the company and now in the third crisis to hit the UK has this company raised any cash from investors ? NOMost AIM stocks raise cash like confetti , not this outfit and it is on the cusp of throwing off cash like a money tree and the dividends are very close maybe 2023.Remember back in 2021 they made it very clear when asked by myself where do you see YU in 5 years and the answer was immediate a 1/2b turnover minimum multi facetted utility provide taking lumps out of the big 6.Well w are 2022 and turnover could be heading for 1/4b this year as the energy prices are so high the cash flow through the business is amplified and I personally think high energy costs are here for several years. At some point YU will start to rise and no stop just like in 2021 when she went from 100p to 380p in a month , history will repeat itself. | sparky333
14/5/2022 12:24 | Agreed Wooster, I just hope the following occurs 1. We do not have the typical rise to £3 and then the herd sell again back down to £2.2. This cycle has to stop at some point Why Because yet again I expect a really strong statement from YU, turnover at record levels, profitability, market share gain at record levels The disconnect between the value the market put on YU gets more ridiculous every year.Current PE is 8 , no debt and cash is expected to rise significantly this year after the expenses of last year.At what point does the market think OMFG this is seriously undervalued , look at the PE ratios of CNA and TEP etc the industry norm is 30.Yes the UK is in for a difficult period but as we have seen YU management are now masters of managing the business through crisis , C19 , smashed it, energy crisis, smashed it and managed to so well OFGEM awarded several SOLR.We should be £4 now not £2 | sparky333
14/5/2022 08:19 | I fully expect this to start ticking up now in advance of trading statement | wooster4
13/5/2022 14:55 | 8 trading days left to AGM and trading update. | sparky333 |
